No. Splashify car wash services are not available in RTA parking areas. Please make sure your vehicle is parked in a private or permitted parking area where our team is allowed to perform the service.
If conditions are unsafe, we may cancel or reschedule your booking for everyone’s safety. We will notify you as soon as possible.
If an eligible booking is cancelled or modified, the amount is credited to your wallet instead of refunded to your card. Wallet credit stays valid for 60 days and is used automatically on future bookings.
Yes, you can tip your driver through the Splashify app. Cash tips are not accepted. Kind word, or positive rating puts a smile on our team’s faces and means a lot to them.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Splashify never stores your card details.
Yes. You may cancel or reschedule your booking in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. The amount paid for a cancelled booking will be credited to your Splashify Wallet for use on a future booking.
